Measurement partnerships at platform scale

A long-running chapter across third-party measurement, privacy shifts, partner strategy, audits, and operational scaling.

The work

Measurement partnerships sit between advertiser trust, platform incentives, privacy constraints, partner economics, and technical feasibility. The work required keeping multiple global programs coherent while the measurement landscape changed quickly.

Operating pattern

  • Translate partner and advertiser needs into platform roadmaps without letting bespoke asks fragment the system.
  • Build repeatable support and escalation loops so strategic work is not swallowed by reactive operations.
  • Use audits, compliance work, and crisis response as forcing functions to strengthen the underlying operating model.
The best partner ecosystem work makes trust scalable instead of artisanal.

What carried forward

This chapter shaped how I now approach PM work: define the system boundary, name the real decision owners, make the data contracts explicit, and build enough operational machinery that the strategy can survive contact with reality.
